The activity should serve a similar purpose and thus acquire and hold the properties in a similar concept. Q-Base Capital Group generates the return and releases a certain portion of it so that private individuals as well as legal entities in Switzerland and abroad can invest their capital.
Q-Base Capital Group AG searches and finds properties, negotiates the purchase price, arranges the financing and closes the deal. The investment properties are pre-financed by Q-Base Capital Group AG and then released for investment. Real estate is less volatile than, for example, classic investment vehicles such as stocks and funds and has developed attractively to date.
The vision is to achieve a market-leading position in the future through permanent growth. In order to achieve this, we pursue the Buy & Hold strategy. This strategy refers to the acquisition of properties. Q-Base Capital Group AG benefits from a leverage effect.
