Our story began 32 years ago (1988) when the Quadranti-Hug family started buying apartment buildings and discovered a passion for the business.
Over the years, this passion produced a striking property portfolio in the canton of Aargau.
We now have a portfolio with over 21 apartment buildings and ten other mixed properties that we manage ourselves as a family office. Our portfolio now has a value of approx. CHF 78 million and an annual cash flow of approx. CHF 3 million.
Now the time has come to develop our skills and passion in a new direction.
From this real estate journey of many years, the new company Q - Base Capital Group AG was created in 2020.
With this corporation as well as the additional support from Q - Base Real Estate AG (first portfolio) we will build a second portfolio by continuously acquiring new properties, managing them, generating returns and then releasing investment places for private as well as business investors in every price range to invest / invest capital.
In addition, we donate a contribution to the WWF every year, because the environment is an important factor in our lives as well as income.
The vision of Helfen Sie helfen is not only to provide concrete and direct help to the poorest of the poor, but also to give them appreciation. Families in Switzerland as well as abroad are directly supported.
Gaia Sanctuary Foundation is a vegan rescue and recovery center for animals considered bred, victims of livestock exploitation, abuse or abandonment. Our first mission is to save lives and once they are safe, to meet their needs for food, veterinary and emotional care so they can live a dignified life for the rest of their lives.
